Please contact us within 24hrs once your product has been recieved and email with a picture to janelle@creativecrafting.com.au to determine if faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will only apply if th item set was incorrect OR faulty
We do not refund due to "Change of Mind"
Our Policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings are except from being returned due to the sanitary/health regulations.
Once your return has been received or deemed faulty, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We willa lso notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You can also ask for a store credit.
If your item is received and deemed faulty and the product is available I will post the replacement to you - If the product is out of stock a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.
