FAQs

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Please choose wisely as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we must be as careful as possible and do not receive returned goods. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Instore pick up You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Babinda or an arranged Meeting Place at the convienance of Creating Crafting when travelling outside the place of business. We will send you a text message when your order is ready for collection along with pickup instructions. Please have your confirmation email/text on hand when you come to collect.

When will my orders by shipped? All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) DOMESTIC SHIPPING We offer 2 flat rate shipping options, standard domestic flate rate & Express post, the cost will depend on the weight of your item which is calculated automatically at checkout. **Due to some delays in Australia post, please wait up to 10 days before enquiring where your order is** Time of Delivery is out of our control once it is handed to Austrl Orders over $100 receive FREE shipping. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently only ship Australian Wide. Unfortunately, no international shipping.
